What it means

An hreflang target that nothing on the site links to. It is reachable only through the annotation, which is a weak signal on its own.

How to fix it

Link the language versions to each other — a language switcher counts.

Where to find it in Truelint

Open the Issues pane on the right of the workspace and select Unlinked hreflang URL. The grid filters to every affected URL and the detail pane shows the specific finding for each. Export the list with Export → Current view, or from the API:
