What it means

The server failed to serve this URL. Sustained 5xx responses cause search engines to slow crawling of the whole site.

Check application and server logs for these URLs. 5xx errors under crawl load often mean a resource limit rather than a broken page.

Where to find it in Truelint

Open the Issues pane on the right of the workspace and select Server Error (5xx). The grid filters to every affected URL and the detail pane shows the specific finding for each. Export the list with Export → Current view, or from the API:
