Missing Title

Error title.missing

What it means

The page has no title tag, or the tag is empty. The title is the single strongest on-page signal and the headline of the search result.

How to fix it

Add a unique title describing the page in around 50–60 characters, with the distinguishing term first.

Where to find it in Truelint

Open the Issues pane on the right of the workspace and select Missing Title. The grid filters to every affected URL and the detail pane shows the specific finding for each. Export the list with Export → Current view, or from the API:
